We want every order to arrive in excellent condition. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to resolve it quickly.


1. Damaged, leaking, or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
To help us review the issue quickly, please include:
  • your order number
  • a short description of the issue
  • clear photos of the parcel and product
After review, we may offer an appropriate solution, such as a replacement, store credit, or refund where applicable.

2. Non-returnable items

Due to the nature of fragrance decants and for hygiene and quality reasons, opened, used, or unsealed items are generally non-returnable.

We also cannot accept returns for products that have been damaged after delivery due to improper storage, misuse, or normal wear from use.

3. Before requesting a return

Please make sure to contact us before sending anything back.
Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

4. Refunds and replacements

If your claim is approved, we will inform you of the next step. Depending on the situation, this may include:
  • a replacement
  • store credit
  • a full or partial refund
Refunds, where approved, will be processed using the original payment method unless agreed otherwise.

6. Consumer rights

This Returns & Refund Policy does not affect any mandatory consumer rights that may apply under applicable law.


Because our products are prepared in small fragrance decant formats, returns may not be accepted once the product has been opened, used, or unsealed.
