2. Products

We offer fragrance decants prepared from original bottles and packed in smaller formats.
We aim to present all products, descriptions, and images as accurately as possible. However, slight differences in presentation, packaging, colour, or perception of fragrance may occur.

Fragrance performance, longevity, and sillage may vary depending on skin chemistry, storage, weather, and individual perception.

3. Orders

By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
Once an order is placed, you will receive order information through the website, by email, in your account, or via Instagram DM if provided during checkout.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in cases such as:

• incorrect or incomplete information
• suspected fraud or misuse
• product unavailability
• pricing or technical errors

If an order is cancelled after payment, any applicable refund will be arranged.

All prices displayed on the website are shown in EUR (€) unless stated otherwise.

Customers are responsible for entering correct delivery details, including parcel locker, city, postal code, country, and contact information.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination, courier workload, holidays, or other factors outside our control.
If an order is returned due to incorrect delivery details, failure to collect the parcel, or other customer-related reasons, additional delivery charges may apply for reshipping.

7. Returns and refunds

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and include clear photos and your order number.
Due to the nature of fragrance decants and for hygiene reasons, opened, used, or unsealed items are generally non-returnable.

8. Account
